Redoubtable Prague Taxi service

Mon, 26 Mar 2007 20:55
The unpleasant reality is, that the first experience arriving to Prague is often nightmarish. As a tourist come with a lot of luggage, he takes a taxi :a normal, serious mean of transport in most European cities. Not so in Prague.Rude and dishonest taxi drivers currently overcharge passenger two or three times the normal rate.It concerns mainly foreign tourist, and the international reputation of Prague is spoiled then.

WENCESLAS SQUARE

Sun, 18 Mar 2007 10:38
The Wenceslas Square is not only shopping place, but historical sight as well.It lies within the district New Town€, which is a little confusing. It was founded in 1348 by Charles the 4th, who called it this way because at this time, only Old Town€ existed. Wenceslas Square is named after St. Wenceslas, the saint patron of Czechia. The square has an image of a boulevard, or long street.
